Whilst massage is always a superlative treat, it is sometimes perceived as just pampering, however, I believe it should be ideally part of our self-care routines. I personally think that taking care of our body-mind-spirit is the first step in prevention and healing.

The perfect massage session should be a full body, but you can choose to have only back, neck and shoulders and benefit from a great treatment.
